Financial services providers donate to breast cancer foundation

ACE Cash Express, a financial services provider, and NetSpend, a provider of reloadable prepaid debit cards, has raised $522,643 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The donations came from thousands of ACE customers who chose the NetSpend Pink card. Each time a customer uses the card, a percentage of the transaction will be donated to the foundation.

"We are proud to partner with ACE Cash Express and NetSpend through their Pink prepaid debit card. Through this innovative partnership, great leadership and hard work, ACE Cash Express is one of our top four corporate contributors, for which we are very grateful," said Janelle Hail, founder and CEO of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

The initiative is part of The ACE Community Fund, a corporate charity initiative that supports a wide range of projects ranging from education, financial literacy and putting money back into the communities ACE serves. The fund has donated nearly $5 million to charitable causes since its inception.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation is committed to spreading breast cancer awareness and funding free mammograms for women who are underprivileged or uninsured, according to their website.
